The shop was next door to the tanner's and there was a wooden sign hung outside, It was made of pretty colored shells that spelled out the name. Ocean's of Stitches. The front windows of the shop displayed mannequins wearing dresses of different styles and colors, there were even cloak's, shirts, pants, men's clothing and various accessories to be had within the shop. The proprietress Aspen, that dark haired Waterfolk even did custom orders you would simply have to tell her the color, material and style you wanted then she would measure you and begin to work on your creation. Inside the shop were work tables in the center while the mannequins stood at the windows, stools were to the side and the fireplace near the back that kept the building toasty warm. Bolts of fabric were stacked in a small closet that she'd taken the door off of so that people could see the various colors and things. Boxes stuffed with spools of multicolored threads, needles and pins. It was all neat and tidy. The three little otters would mill about in the shop from time to time but mostly spent their time down in the basement with the pool or playing in the fountain and lounging on the fallen log that had been put down there for them. If you were to stop in and ask Aspen about the clothing she'd tell you that yes, she will help you find something that looks good..Come in! Come in! Get measured and have something made!!
